You’re a little short of cash two or three days before payday. Unusual or unforeseen expenses popped up at just the wrong time and you may overdraw on your account. 

Safety Net will prevent embarrassing moments when these little emergencies arise, instead of returning overdrawn items on your checking account. Your account will be accessed a fee for each item we pay against an overdrawn account. (see rate and fee schedule).

To sign up for Safety Net, all you need to do is go to your account online, go to “my profile” then select Overdraft preferences.  This will allow you to set up your overdraft preferences. Need help setting this up?  Give us a call at (502) 459-9286 or email us at kit@kitfcu.org.
